Brenda Adkins-Lankford
Chief Executive Officer and Manager, Senior Consultant
Brenda has over 40 years in the Community Association Management Industry. She currently serves as Owner, CEO, and Manager for CAMC, LLC and is licensed in both Florida and Virginia. She holds the highest accreditations in the industry (PCAM, AMS, CMCA). She previously held the office of Chapter President, Miami Chapter Board of Director, Broward Chapter Board of Director for Community Association Institute. She worked with Arvida/Disney, The Continental Group (Vice President of the Broward Division) prior to the merger with First Service Residential Services.
Georgia Lee Cort
Senior Manager, Director of Operations
Georgia has over 22 years in the Community Association Management Industry. She currently holds licenses in both Virginia and Florida. Prior to joining CAMC, LLC she worked with The Continental Group until the merger with First Service Residential, then joining Miami Management, Inc. for 10 years in Broward County, Florida She served as portfolio community manager for luxury community associations and condominium associations for over 16 years.
Steven Cort
Licensed Community Association Manager, Director of Field Operations
Steven Cort holds a Florida Community Association Manager's License and concentrates mostly in landscape account management and consulting. He previously worked for The Continental Group even after the merger with First Service Residential. Steven has overseen large scale luxury homeowner and condominium association landscape and lawn maintenance contracts, including day to day operations. He has extensive training in landscape installation, maintenance, sports turf, commercial and residential landscape, pest control, tree trimming and irrigation. Steven's education also includes a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in Building Construction Management.
Mason Ochs
Assistant Office Manager, Director of Social Media
Mason joins our team as an Assistant Office Manager and Director of our Social Media. Mason is a part time student, studying nursing while helping out part time in our office. She commutes between Virginia and Florida.
